Welcome to High Fever June. Thank you for considering supporting the independent development of our video game.
These Support Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern voluntary financial contributions made through the official High Fever June website, highfeverjune.com, and its associated payment links.
By making a contribution, you (“Contributor,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. About High Fever June
High Fever June (“HFJ” or the “Project”) is an independently developed, narrative-driven action video game set in a fictional near-future world.
Financial contributions help support the ongoing development, production, and creative execution of the Project, including but not limited to:
- Game design and programming
- Character creation and animation
- Environmental design and world-building
- Gameplay and combat systems
- Cinematic production and storytelling
- Sound design, music, and voice production
- Software, technology, and production resources
- Marketing, presentation, and future development
Contributions support the overall development of the Project and are not restricted to any particular production activity unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Payment Processing and Farmland Media
All contributions are collected through Farmland Media, which administers payments and development-related funds for High Fever June.
Payments are securely processed using Stripe, a third-party payment processing service.
By making a contribution, you acknowledge that:
- Payment transactions are processed through Farmland Media’s Stripe account.
- Farmland Media may be identified as the merchant on your payment confirmation, receipt, or financial statement.
- Payment information is collected and processed through Stripe’s payment infrastructure and is subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
- Contributions are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
- Any applicable currency conversion or foreign transaction fees are determined by your financial institution or payment provider.
Farmland Media is responsible for administering received contributions in support of the Project.
3. Contribution Tiers
The Project currently offers four one-time contribution levels:
Supporter — $100
A contribution supporting the general development of High Fever June, including characters, environments, technology, and production resources.
Backer — $500
A contribution providing additional support for the game’s production, including gameplay systems, animation, and cinematic development.
Patron — $1,000
A substantial contribution supporting continued production, development capabilities, and the creative expansion of the Project.
Whale — $10,000
A major contribution supporting the Project’s development and production. Qualifying Whale contributors are eligible for an honorary Executive Producer credit, subject to the additional conditions described in Section 4.
Unless otherwise expressly specified, contributions are one-time payments and do not create recurring billing obligations.
Contribution tiers represent different financial levels of support. They do not provide proportional ownership, revenue participation, or control over the Project.
4. Whale Tier and Executive Producer Recognition
Contributors who make a qualifying $10,000 Whale contribution will be offered an honorary Executive Producer credit in the official credits of High Fever June, subject to these Terms and a separate written acknowledgment agreement.
The Executive Producer recognition is intended to acknowledge substantial financial support for the Project.
